Dr. German Ramirez.

Dr. German Ramirez, a Certified Pediatric Dentist practicing in Aurora, Ontario, Canada. Author of the book Early Treatment of Malocclusions and many scientific publications in peer review journals.

He is a well-recognized international speaker and co-chair of the course Sleep Disordered Breathing and Orthodontics at the Loma Linda University Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry Specialty programs.

Dr. Kevin Boyd.

Dr. Kevin Boyd, a practicing Pediatric Dentist teaching in the Pediatric Dentistry residency at Chicago’s Lurie Children’s Hospital, also serves as dental consultant to Lurie’s Sleep Medicine service and Lutheran General Hospital.

He is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania’s Museum of Anthropology conducting research in anthropology and orthodontics.

Dr. Mariana Evans.

Dr. Mariana Evans is a Board Certified dual-specialist in Orthodontics and Periodontics practicing in the greater Philadelphia area. She received her DMD degree and specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Evans frequently lectures on skeletal expansion, guided facial growth, interdisciplinary care and periodontal plastic surgery. She co-founded OrthoPerio Institute and recently developed 4D Morphotropic Orthodontics™ expansion protocol with the focus on airway and periodontal health.

Dr. James Bronson.

Dr. James Bronson has a general dental practice in Virginia as well as in California, which are limited to Orthodontics and TMD therapy focusing on the treatment with the Advanced Light Force (ALF) appliance.

Dr. Bronson is the founder of the ALF Educational Institute (AEI), where he teaches how to awake inherent life forces by providing structural support and free energy to the compromised Cranial Mandibular Cervical Complex. He combines the ALF appliance with cranial osteopathy, orofacial myofunctional therapy and orthodontics.
